Do I still need Tally or an accountant?
Yes — and that is by design. PowerOne runs your operations and billing; your accountant closes the books in whatever software they use. PowerOne gives them an accountant handoff pack (registers, a GSTR-1-shaped summary and a reconciliation) and, if you use TallyPrime, a Tally XML export.
How long does it take to get started?
Your own administrator follows an eight-step guided setup — no consultant and no customisation project. Existing customers, suppliers, products, opening stock and receivables are imported from spreadsheets, previewed before anything is saved, and a readiness check tells you exactly what is left.
Can each member of my team see only what they need?
Yes. Five ready-made roles — Owner, Sales, Purchase & Stock, Accounts and Employee — decide what each person can see and do. Screens a role cannot use are simply absent.
Can we send quotes and invoices on WhatsApp?
Yes. Quotations, invoices, payment receipts and statements can be sent by email or WhatsApp, using approved WhatsApp Business templates. Every send is logged against the customer, and a failed send can be retried.
How is our data protected?
Every business's data is isolated and checked on every read and write. Sign-in supports two-factor authentication, documents are served only through short-lived signed links, sensitive actions are audited, and backups are encrypted.
